How does investing in Brey Capital work?

Brey Capital, LLC was formed to allow qualified institutions and individual investors to participate in a diversified, professionally managed portfolio with the primary objective of providing fixed monthly income while focusing on capital preservation. This fund has selectively chosen investments in income-producing assets in the residential sector and commercial sectors.

Georgia’s economy has been growing steadily in recent years, outpacing the national average. With a business-friendly environment, skilled workforce, and investments in infrastructure, Georgia offers attractive opportunities for local investors to capitalize on the state’s economic momentum. The combination of a thriving business climate and a relatively low cost of living makes Georgia a compelling destination for those seeking to grow their investments close to home.

By leveraging our experience and expertise, investors are able to generate a fixed income secured by assets of the company without the high capital outlays and time commitments required by direct investments.

Brey Capital has a significant vetting process that prospective properties and loans must pass through before funds are committed. We ensure market values, clear title, The Manager will target properties at all price levels in the Georgia market.  The Manager’s proprietary data analysis methods will enable us to select key income producing assets to offer true diversification and substantial cash flow.

On the lending side, our typical loan will be made to end-buyers as well as investors. Our borrowers will typically have good credit, income to support the loan, and liquid reserves in case something goes wrong.  We loan the purchase and repairs, but never loan more than _____% of the property’s after repaired value (ARV).
